Tips on Draping a sari.

Sari draping always reflects the style, grace and elegance of the Indian female. When you buy a saree first thing you have to thought about colors, fabric and accessorize and draping style.

 Before you drape a saree some points are there
1. Petticoat: The petticoat will be not flared and tightly tied as to not fall and hold the saree carefully. Wear the scandals and adjust the length of petticoat to the ankle.

2. Pins: Take some small number of pins to hold the saree carefully.

3. Pallu: Once you start to drape the saree take the pleats for the pallu and pin up it on the shoulder. You can drape the pallu front or back due to occasions.

4. Fabric: There are different types of fabric which available in India like chiffon, cotton sarees, traditional silk sarees, Georgette sarees.

Saree selection depends upon
Skin Tone : Women with darker skin should prefer dark shades, lighter skin should prefer lighter shades which gives the better look.

Height: Shorter women should stay away from the big borders which make them too shorter. Tall women prefers to wear big border sarees.

Weight: Women who are heavy weight they must try to wear Georgette or chiffon fabrics which looks slimmer. Slim women prefers to wear cotton sarees, tussar sarees etc.

If you wear the handloom cotton sarees for office wear pin the pallu and pleats properly. It will be comfortable to wear. For parties leave the pallu hanging it give an attractive looking.
